Big Rock Park Cherokee Park Louisville Kentucky
We here at Green Apple Photography are so excited to share these engagement photos with Sarah and Jeff with you all!
Our photos start in downtown Louisville, in an area known as Museum Row.
Sarah and Jeff appropriately dressed the part for pictures outside the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory and we think their fun loving spirits really shine through here.
Afterwards, we took some time at Big Rock Park where their playfulness continued to radiate into their engagement photos.
If you are not familiar with Big Rock Park located within Cherokee Park, it is a special place that we highly suggest you visit.
When you do you will find families enjoying picnics, kids jumping in and out of the rocks in the creek, friends meandering along the trails, and children playing at the playground.
Because the park runs into Cherokee Park, it gives you lots of space to find a quiet corner by yourself and enjoy all that nature has to offer.
On a hot summer day you can wade through the creek, which is mostly calf deep, making it a refreshing way to stay cool.
Frederick Law Olmsted designed this park with the desire that everyone could experience nature at its truest essence, and you will agree when you are here that he definitely achieved that goal.
Nature and joy abound in Sarah and Jeff’s engagement photos and we know you’re going to love them as much as we do here at Green Apple Photography!
