Hubers Winery and Orchard Borden IN
Whenever we meet our couples we always look forward to two things; smiles and hugs.
When Madeline and Josh arrived to Hubers Winery and Orchard we not only got those, but we also got licks and snuggles from their two doggos.
Before heading out to the Christmas tree farm for their magical engagement photos, we chatted about their story.
Having met on Bumble, their first date was to the Louisville Bat’s game and then to Garage Bar in Nulu.
A month after they started dating, Josh moved to Pennsylvania for his job. Every weekend for two years one of them would make the 6 hour drive to see one other.
After they bought their house in February of this year, Josh would drive to Shelbyville after working all day Friday and drive back to Pennsylvania Monday mornings at 1am, so we could spend as much time as possible together.
It’s in the same house that Josh proposed.
During a Kentucky Derby / Housewarming party, Josh popped the question in front of all their friends and family. It was something Madeline will never forget because all the people she loved were in one room. It was so much fun!
From the very beginning of their relationship they’ve both been able to be 100% themselves, a quality so rare to find in someone else.
Adventurous and silly, they are also supportive and genuine.
This came through in their engagement portraits. Josh would dip her low in a romantic pose, then lift her back to give her a chiropractic adjustment.
One of the things that matter the most to Josh and Madeline are their families and they are both beyond excited to celebrate on Decemeber 10th at Hazelnut Farms with all their family and friends.
We’re so grateful we’re going to be able to be there to capture their elegant wedding photos and celebrate this special moment in their lives.
All Madeline’s outfits came from Darling State of Mind and Apricot Lane.
Make up was done by Carrie Lentz.
