Courtney and Josh met seven years ago when they were both in high school. After some time apart they found one another and have created the most beautiful family you could imagine.
While their son is nearly a year old, they almost lost him to preeclampsia.
Luckily, he is a healthy, bubbly boy.
The day of their engagement session was actually one of the first days they had spent away from him since he was born.
Jacobson Park in Lexington Kentucky was a danger zone when we arrived. Having an ice storm roll through the day before made for treacherous conditions, but created epic engagement portraits.
Josh and Courtney played and laughed, with Courtney even falling once or twice.
It was clear just how much these two love each other and we couldn’t be happier for them, their little one, and most importantly their love.
