Spring Grove Cemetery Cincinnati Ohio
Rachelle and Richard will be getting hitched this upcoming May 21, 2021.
But before the big day, they wanted to have engagement photos at 50 West Brewery in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rachelle went to get her hair done, while Rick hit the bar ahead of time.
When he arrived the place was packed!!!! We quickly changed direction and headed to Spring Grove Cemetery.
Richard had worked there in the past so he felt extremely comfortable with the layout of the cemetery.
Boy was he right.
As we drove around the masoleum’s and cemetery, he pointed out massive White Oak trees, and gorgeous pines framing each elegant engagement photo perfectly.
Spring Grove Cemetery is one of the largest arboretum’s in the world.
We’re so excited for their wedding at The Willow Tree in Tipp City, Ohio.
They initially bonded over their mutual love for Davis Bowie and The Labyrinth. Richard messaged Rachelle on Tinder ,”you remind me of the babe” and she was hooked.
Their first date took place at Firehouse Grill. They couldn’t stop talking the entire time.
Rachelle knew he was the one when they volunteered together to help assemble food kits for children over seas. She saw him carrying a giant container of rice with a huge smile on his face and that sealed the deal for me.
After a few years, Rachelle and Rick took a family vacation with Rick’s parents, brother, sister, and Rachelle’s daughter to Hilton Head. We took a stroll on the beach one night and his sister pretended to find a ring in the sand. They asked me to try it on and then he got down on one knee and asked Rachelle to marry him with the actual ring.
It was such a surprise. They had talked about marriage but Rachelle was not expecting it at all!
Here’s a few questions I asked them during the engagement session:
What are you most excited about for your wedding: We are looking forward to bringing all our loved ones together to enjoy great food, great drinks, and lots of dancing!
If your love story was a movie, what would you title it: Tinderella (that’s what he calls me!)
Describe your relationship in 5 words: interesting, wonderful, fun, supportive, unbounded
What is something that means the most to both of you: Mutual respect and support of one another
Like I said before I cannot wait to celebrate their big day with them and am so glad to call them friends.
