The History of The Clerestory
The term “clerestory” refers to a high section of a wall that features windows above eye level, designed to bring in light and fresh air. True to its name, the Clerestory venue radiates an inviting, airy atmosphere. Originally a bus depot, the space has been transformed into a stunning event venue, perfect for hosting large gatherings. Drawing inspiration from the building’s original architecture, the Clerestory has preserved its industrial charm while enhancing it with modern touches. Their vision is to honor the building’s history while creating a fresh, elevated space that can also accommodate up to 350 guests.
Pricing
Another thing we love about the Clerestory is their transparency with couples when it comes to pricing. Keep reading for the 2024 and 2025 pricing. Included in your rental is a 60 minute window of access prior to your wedding day for ceremony rehearsal, as well as complimentary tables.

FAQs about The Clerestory
What rentals can the Clerestory provide?
(20) 5 ft round, (20) 4 x 8 ft banquet, and (20) 4 x 6 ft banquet tables are included in your rental. Custom pipe and drape for the guest entrance for chandelier side ceremonies are available upon request.
How long is my rental period for?
The venue’s website states that “The Clerestory opens at 10:00am for vendor access. Events must end by 11:00pm with a 2 hour window for cleanup.”
Do I need an event coordinator?

Can I get ready and dressed on-site?
The venue states they have a small green room on-site, but would not recommend it as a “getting ready suite”. They would recommend the room to be used for storing bridal party personal items and doing hair and makeup touch ups pre-ceremony.
Is there a preferred vendor list?
No, there is no preferred vendor list, the venue only requires you have a licenced caterer and a wedding coordinator.
Does Clerestory have bar packages?
The venue’s website states that they “require all events serving alcohol to purchase a bar package through our in-house supplier. We will provide a handout detailing these packages to event inquiries. Bar packages include the usage of our two white bar fronts, but you are welcome to rent alternative bars to match your aesthetic.”
